Concierge Membership Policy
Our concierge membership program provides enhanced access and personalized care for enrolled patients. Membership dues must be paid in full by the agreed-upon due date, to maintain active status.
All concierge membership payments must be made directly through CarolinaMD. Our office does not accept membership payments on behalf of CarolinaMD.
Patients who do not complete payment by the designated due date may be dismissed from the concierge membership program and are ineligible for future reenrollment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the highest level of care to our members.
